Shipping & Delivery
Your Araw order will be packed and shipped to you once full payment has been received and transaction is cleared.

For orders within Metro Manila, you will be notified once packages have been picked up and are on their way to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Online
- Return or exchange of  items is allow within 14 days upon receipt of the item (day of delivery/in store pick up). Granted that it is undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and tagged correspondingly. Pre-orders and Swimwear are excluded as these sales are final.
- In keeping with our commitment to the quality and quantity of our products, exchange of styles is offered in the event that the initial order made is unavailable. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in price.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer.
- Once we receive your return and evaluate the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Faulty or damaged pieces may be returned and all exchange fees will be taken care of on our end.

International

- Return pick-ups will be scheduled by us via Fedex
- In keeping with our commitment to the quality and quantity of our products, exchange of styles is offered in the event that the initial order made is unavailable. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in price.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer.

- All returned orders sent with free shipping will be charged it’s original shipping cost.
- Please note that any additional charges such as customs will be also deducted from refund cost.

In Store
- All returns and exchanges in store are only allowed within 14 days of purchase. Swimwear and intimates are excluded as these sales are final.
- We do not accept any refund for any in store purchases. In turn, you will receive store credit. Same rules apply for gifts.
- Faulty or damaged items may be fully refunded.

Pre-Orders
Purchases made for pre-order are placed the following day with production and are expected to be ready within 2-3 weeks. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstance however customers will be notified on all information concerning their order. No exchanges or refunds for pre-order items.

Washing & Care
All Araw products should be hand washed separately, line dried and can be steamed or ironed unless otherwise specified. Expect items to soften with wash and wear.
