In celebration of Independence Day, Araw explores its cultural heritage further. We re-envision our concept of creating a Filipiniana pang araw-araw.
We proudly introduce our new pieces: the Terno Crop in Tubo, Silk Terno Top in Perlas, Piña Sapin Dress in Buko,
the Zip Barong and the Piña-Seda Camp Collar Shirts.
Neutral khakis and creams, in their simplicity, allow us to turn our attention to new textures of silk used to complement our linens. This occasion paves way for us to transition from linen as we venture into the incorporation of Philippine textile native to our roots and lands: piña.
We now make use of the tropical silk to pay tribute to the historic lineage of Philippine fashion.
We present our take on the evolution of our
traje de meztisas and barong Tagalogs to the terno and
polo barong to what is now contemporary clothing today.
Select styles to be available in store on June 8;
online release 11am, June 12.
